Ace Barcode – Using the latest in scanning technology, we can track each of the 500,000+ garments we process individually providing you real-time information on where the garment is, who it's assigned to, its repair history and other vital information.
Ace Batch Processing – Our unique Ace Batch Processing system keeps garmets together from the wash aisle through the finishing process.
Ace Auto-Sort – Most uniform suppliers rely on manual sorting to keep track of their uniforms. Not Ace. Our advanced system allows us to sort down to the individual wearer level with pinpoint accuracy to assist us in expediting and verifying unique uniform requests.
Ace Repair – Whether customer-requested or inspection-generated, all repairs are escorted automatically to our in-line repair station. Repair status is consistently updated and logged by trained operators. Once completed it is reintroduced back into the auto-sort system.
