- Continually monitor your ImageWear program through survey cards and personal follow up by our management team
- Maintain every garment to the highest standards possible, in line with industry standards
- Replace any garment which fails to wear as guaranteed
- Repair every garment within a week when properly identified by the user
- Provide prompt weekly service, delivering early if your normal day falls on a holiday
- Deliver new employee orders within one week of measuring (oversized and specialty/embroidered garments may take longer)
- Have a Heilman available at all times during business hours to give priority attention to any customer request
